Position Description

Business Associate Relations Representative

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
·

Develop, implement and manage strategic Human Resources projects/activities

·

Provide customer service related to Associate Relation/Human Resources functions

·

Develop Associate Relations/Human Resources management systems and programs

·

Develop concepts, strategies and SAP’s to implement key Human Resources initiatives

·

Participate in and lead project teams working with subject matter experts, internal departments and other Human Resources team member to address business needs

·

Present recommendations to management for consensus and approval

Daily Tasks:
·

Develop, plan and execute steps to implement HR initiatives

·

Develop SAP’s with milestones, assignments and deliverables to achieve objectives

·

Lead and communicate effectively in all activities

·

Provide daily HR customer service

·

Support a 2-shift rotation and provide shift coverage (Early and Later shifts)

Minimum Job Knowledge:
·

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and systems

·

Knowledge of Employment/Labor Practices

·

Knowledge of Employee Training and Development programs

·

Strong Project Management skills

·

Practical knowledge of general HR function (Benefits, Compensation/Payroll)

·

Demonstrated Analytical and Presentation Skills

Minimum Job Experience and Education/Degree:
·

3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources/Associate, Employment Relations, or Management Experience

·

Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources or Business related field or 7+ years of equivalent experience in Human Resources or Management experience

Demonstrated good judgment and decision making capability

·

Excellent oral and written communication skills

·

Demonstrated project management skills

·

Capability to address complex issues with win-win resolution

·

Strong planning and organizational skills

·

Strong capability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and needs

·

Prior Manufacturing experience

·

Prior HR Generalist experience

·

Excellent customer service, teambuilding and interpersonal skills

·

Strong PC skills in the Microsoft application (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
