The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Center (CSC) Upsell Team by providing reporting and analytical support.
Job Description
Analyze historical data and trends related to Upsell campaign
Provide ongoing weekly and monthly comprehensive reports
Provide monthly variance analysis
Present results and recommendations to management team
Communicate with site leadership on critical issues
Assist in the completion of projects by following general guidelines established by management

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (BA) in Business or Finance and two years of relevant experience.
Skills & Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work with mathematical concepts (statistics, probabilities, algebraic expressions, etc.). Ability to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Experience with or ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships
