Two (2) positions are available. One (1) will be headquartered in Abbeville and one (1) in Anderson. Under general supervision, performs Administrative Support duties for client services. Implements and adheres to agency/program policies and procedures for efficient service delivery. Provides quality customer service and maintains strict confidentiality. Meets, interviews and directs public health clients per program policies. Processes information, completes medical record and updates client profile in Client Automated Encounter System (CARES). Enters all client information into applicable electronic applications to include CARES, PATS, and Private Pay. Answers telephone and schedules appointments in CARES, as needed. Screens and updates eligibility based on program requirements/guidelines. Adheres to Third Party/Private Pay policies when applicable. Work may require travel to other sites within Region.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
High school diploma AND two years clerical experience which includes public contact. Advanced computer skills, office equipment knowledge and knowledge of the electronic health records systems. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 CWPM.
Must have a valid driving license, satisfactory driving record, and use of a personal vehicle.
