About the Practice
NP will manage a continuity panel of patients as a women’s health provider

This is an outpatient-only practice with telephone call managed by our nurse call center
The York Hospital Community Health Center is augmented by full-time Spanish interpreters, social workers, financial counselors as well as an educational pharmacist who helps with the medication management, on-site adjustment of meds, and med education.

Required Skills
Must have a Master’s Degree from an accredited school and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner
