Due to our growth, we currently have an opening for a Pharmacy Clerk working out of our Corporate Headquarters located in West Deptford, NJ.Under the direction of a Supervisor, the Pharmacy Clerk serves as support staff for our clinical call center, customer service department, and mail order pharmacy. Key Responsibilities Enter patient demographic information to pharmacy dispensing system; Triage work from clinical pharmacists to data entry teams; Collaborate with pharmacy management team to monitor operational workflow; Activate/inactivate patients with our prescription clams processing company; Assist our quality assurance team by reviewing daily prescription transactions; Assist our management team with scheduling of pharmacy team; Organize electronic files sent via facisimile; Filing of prescriptions in compliance with state regulations; Fax prescription requests to prescribers and follow up on return faxes Place outgoing calls to physicians offices; Ship medication orders through Enclaras courier service; Restocks daily supplies of vials, bottles caps; Cleans and organizes dispensing area daily; Other duties, as assigned. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Must be detail oriented, with excellent follow up skills. Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and policies and procedures. Other duties, as assigned.

Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Experience: At least two years of experience in a health care field. Experienced in working in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment. Must be technologically savvy, computer literate, and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite 2000, Internet research, and utilizing a contact management database.
