Responsible for the accurate documentation of all financing transactions.
•Prepares legal financing contracts and related documents for customers.
•Contacts customers to obtain vehicle specifications, financial statements and other pertinent information regarding the business transaction.
•Reviews, updates and verifies information provided regarding payment terms, rates, guarantees and the customer’s legal name.
•Ensures returned documents are complete and accurate including titles, bills of sale and insurance certificates prior to funding.
•Coordinates payments by check request or wire.
•Coordinates title, UCC and registration requirements in the individual states.
•Maintains pertinent information in leasing software.
•Performs other searches and analysis as needed.
•Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
•Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
•Three or more years of experience in a sales department and office environment.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collect/provide information and resolve problems in an articulate, courteous, and tactful manner.
•Highly organized and able to set priorities effectively.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
•Insurance, contract and titling knowledge as it relates to the transportation industry.
