Daily interaction with
manufacturing, packaging, quality,

Issue the monthly retest/expired
material report. Hold monthly
meetings as necessary. Ensure that
all open issues receive followed

Support Planners with Material
Requirements Planning: may assist
with issuing purchase orders for
raw materials and components,
expediting orders as needed, verify
delivery dates, possibly
maintaining MRP system parameters.

Manage inventory and reorder point
of key raw material, ethanol, based
on manufacturing schedules.

On a monthly basis, calculate
required ship quantities to
transfer between distribution
centers based on established
reorder points for all major

Issue weekly inventory and forecast
accurate report out of SAP for one
major brand. Update excel file on
a weekly basis with actual sales
and production numbers. Meet with
lead Planner on a weekly basis to
discuss projected production plan

Run monthly inventory and
transaction reports out of SAP for
designated brands, under direction
of Lead Planner.

Issue vendor specifications to all
vendors when purchase orders are

RFQ inquiry and/or updating pricing
scale information in SAP for
current commercial components.

Update Supplier Contact information
as needed. Job Qualifications Strong communication skills; living
the Eisai values; excellent cross-
functional teamwork skills.

Supply Chain / Operations focus.

Excellent computer skills –
Microsoft Excel is most important.

Any ERP system experience is a

High School diploma; minimum of
Junior in college with Supply Chain
focus; Senior in college or MBA
Student preferred with Supply Chain
