Natick, MA The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Massachusetts Chapter. Works under the direction of the Executive Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
Administers select on-going and/or special projects as assigned by the Executive Director or other assigned staff
Maintains assigned office, program and event records, files and databases
Assists in the coordination of meetings and activities for the chapter
Coordinates and maintains chapter financial records and reports as needed
Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors, resolving routine and some complex inquiries
Provides administrative management of office supplies and business machines
Performs other duties as assigned
Excellent word processing and database management skills.
The detail oriented individual we seek should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, etc. are required.
