Launched officially at South by Southwest after a 6 month beta, Crowdtap is already working with over 50 leading brands and many of the country’s leading agencies. Crowdtap recently received closed Series A financing led by Foundry Group and is in brand new offices in the heart of Union Square.

Description:
The Business Development Intern will play a key role in supporting Crowdtap’s growing business development and sales organization. Working alongside an experienced business development team, the intern will have full exposure to the day-to-day operation of a technology start-up while also playing a hands-on role in helping to prospect, pitch and close new clients.
You should have a passion and curiosity for emerging technologies, social media and marketing. Come prepared with a strong attention to detail and proactivity.
This is a part-time internship for immediate start. We'd like a minimum of 16 hours per week, for 3 months. Potential for the internship to turn into something more long-term.
Responsibilities
Support the business development team in the day-to-day management of client activity
Research market activity and new client opportunities
Help create presentations for prospective and existing clients
Attend events and conferences to help represent Crowdtap
Experience
Bachelors degree or current bachelors degree candidate
Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm in marketing, media and technology
Strong Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills
A good sense of humor a plus
Education
Currently in college or graduated
