Arbonne is currently embarking on an exciting new mobile strategy and is seeking a results-focused Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team. This project has an aggressive timeline and requires a Program Manager with strategic skills to make appropriate trade-offs in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Program Management responsibilities include creating the scope of assigned objectives, determining solutions to business and challenges and delivering business enabling solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include leading project strategy, planning and execution, cross-functional coordination, leading technical analysis and design, and reporting to executive management.
You will be responsible for planning, process documentation and spec development, project management, and outbound communication on all mobile project activities. Successful candidates will have experience in mobile development, implementation, migration, and business continuity with scalable web services, multi-platform environments, application delivery and network infrastructure and related technologies. Cross-group collaboration, negotiation and communication skills, relationship building and the ability to build thorough plans are essential. You must have good business and technical judgment to make “80/20” tradeoffs and a sense of urgency to get things done efficiently - both independently and as part of a team. The ability to influence, lead and deliver through others is fundamental in this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum 10 years App Dev experience
Minimum 5 years "Hands-on" Application Development Manager experience with enterprise-level web front-end applications development. "Hands-on" meaning that they have a Developer background and can help in code reviews, design reviews, etc.
Advanced knowledge and experience of mobile technologies and platforms.
Experience with web applications development and design in JAVA primarily but also HTML, DHTML, and JavaScript.
Strong team building and team management skills, project management skills, and solid written and oral communication skills.
At least two years experience in eCommerce web development
Knowledge of high-volume transaction environments
Experience with Agile PLM
Understanding of Databases (SQL & Oracle) and Quality Assurance
Experience with multi-currency and multi-language (International) a plus
Prior experience with platform migration-related projects strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
