As program manager in Liberty Mutual's Individual Life organization, you will plan, create and oversee integrated marketing communications strategies that support business goals. You will work with stakeholders including department managers and executives to provide strategic communications support for the business. You will establish measurement systems and evaluate performance of marketing communications programs.

Responsibilities:
Applies in-depth knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices to plan, create and implement innovative integrated marketing communications strategies with focus on digital platforms. Analyzes, interprets, and presents key results of programs to management.

Partners with clients to learn and understand their business needs and competitive pressures; leads marketing communication and brand management initiatives and strategy for assigned client groups.

Manages internal resources and outside vendors. Ensures projects are completed within the desired budget, schedule and quality limits.
Applies in-depth knowledge of research and analysis to identify and understand target customer segments.
