We are currently searching for a Online Customer Service representative to work in our eCommerce department. If you think you’ve got what it takes to help drive internet sales, we’re ready for you.
Job Requirements
2-5 years sales experience Must participate and understand product details and advanced use in 2+ of the following sports:
Alpine Skiing, Snowboarding, Water Skiing, Wakeboard, Camping, Cycling, Climbing, Running and/or Skate/Skateboarding Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written Having computer graphic design and production experience (Photoshop) Must be knowledgeable with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) Must be an eCommerce shopper and made multiple purchases online Must be a self starter and have the ability to work with little daily supervision
