Equifax is seeking a Vice President of Data Integration who will be responsible for the management and quality of all integrated consumer data in the US. Reporting to the VP of Consumer Data Management, this position will work closely with the technology and product teams to ensure best practices in the loading, storage, delivery, governance, and usage of the data. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high impact team that will drive data innovation that will lead to the creation of new products and revenue.

Responsibilities:
Lead the company in the development and management of our integrated data platform

Develop and execute requirements for data integration including development of policies, procedures, and controls for loading, storing, and delivering integrated consumer data in the US

Develop Data Governance best practices for the proactive management of data usage and compliance procedures, data inventories and metadata management

Define and evaluate data quality metrics to determine and resolve root causes of data issues

Collaborate with senior members of the Data Services, Product and Technology teams to ensure that the integrated data is accessible to meet their business objectives

Proactively communicate integrated data quality internally and externally

Provide leadership and manage cross-organization processes to ensure successful completion of strategic projects

Continually seek to improve the knowledge, skills, professionalism and productivity of the team by providing training, guidance, coaching and feedback

Qualifications

12+ years of experience managing the quality, access, and delivery of large scale data

8+ years of data management and data governance experience

Extensive experience executing the development of integrated data platforms

Relevant Bachelor's degree; advanced degree highly preferred

Very strong data, analytics and technology background with a strong business acumen

Wide knowledge of various consumer and commercial data types including credit, marketing, fraud/ID and customer data

Deep understanding of process design and data integration approaches and techniques

Skilled at setting strategies, and developing and executing plans around the strategies

Ability to identify root causes of data quality issues using data/analytics

Ability to serve as liaison between business and technology organizations

Capability to work in a cross functional team and influence without direct accountability

Outstanding organizational and project management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven managerial experience developing employees to supplement one's own expertise
