AT&T Senior Product Marketing Manager Mobility Cloud Product Management - is a seasoned professional skilled in mobility product marketing and mobility product management with extensive experience in the small/med business market segment. As a seasoned marketing professional, the AT&T Senior Product Marketing Manager understands the dynamics of the wireless industry coupled with a thorough understanding of AT&T small/med business customers needs; ensures the development of a compelling customer experience; driving results and results accountability. Roles and responsibilities of the Sr. Product Marketing manager include, but are not limited, to the following: Analyze business customer needs, competitive landscape and market/technology trends for corporate mobile email and other horizontal mobile solutions in order to define the business marketing requirements for a product line and portfolio marketing strategy in the areas of wireless business services. Develop compelling go to market plans and programs to meet business and product portfolio objectives with particular focus on a suite of related services for the small business segment. Deliver detailed recommendation for the small business product line and portfolio strategy including offer/solution definition and marketing strategy, business goals, positioning, pricing, communication, distribution channels, promotion strategies, sales tools and customer experience. Forecast gross add, usage, churn and ARPU contribution. Define business marketing requirements and partner with mobility product development to take requirements through the stage gate process and ensure operational readiness. Include requirements to command optimal user experience for a corporate email and business messaging. Collaborate with other AT&T offer teams to ensure customer experience on the device and business services positions AT&T as the continued leader for small businesses and delivers access to the best combination of products Work with marketing and sales operations teams to develop service delivery and channel enablement plans. Partner with Segment Marketing to understand customer needs and target messaging and programs at specific small business customers groups. Develop compelling positioning and value proposition and selling tools Market Analysis: assess market and customer dynamics and incorporate into offer development and lifecycle activities. Perform competitive analysis to evaluate product capabilities, pricing, promotion, distribution; analyze how these impact market share; Recommend and implement changes required to be competitive. Rationalize solution offerings by performing map/gap analysis against current offering and market opportunities. Establish requirements to effectively manage and track to a plan of record, including total sales, revenue, churn and ARPU contribution Motivate others to action and provide leadership qualities as needed. Foster strong relationships with internal and external resources. Engage with different functional teams (segment marketing, product management, sales, operations, etc.) and business units (consumer, enterprise, wireline) in order to drive business success and optimization.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience Cloud Product Management, Strategic Voice Product Management, Mobility Product Management experience 5 or more years of experience in B2B and/or B2C product and portfolio management and marketing, in wireless/mobility and/or software development industries for established businesses or start-up operations 5 or more years mobile technology experience Strong understanding and experience of software applications, storefronts and wireless data services 5 or more years of email technologies experience (MSExchange, POP/IMAP,etc.), messaging and hosted value added, web and/or cloud services Demonstrated ability to develop compelling marketing programs, define product strategy, business cases and use cases Experience leading cross functional teams; executing jointly with partners and vendors Excellent written and verbal skills Detail-orientated; ability to develop compelling positioning and value proposition, copy and selling tools, results driven Strong leadership and collaboration skills, ability to motive
