The Behavior Analyst is responsible for the overall behavioral management component of the program, including training staff on the behavioral aspects of the clients’ treatment. The Behavior Analyst is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides community based support or residential care to developmentally delayed adolescents with the goal of stabilizing them in living with their families.
-MSW, MA in Counseling, or MA in related field from accredited college or university
-Registered intern/ASW with the CA BBS OR eligible for BCBA certification
-BCBA certified preferred
-At least 1 year experience providing residential mental health/behavioral services
-Experience designing, supervising, monitoring, changing or discontinuing individualized behavioral interventions
- Background in behavior analysis required
- Experience with developmentally disabled population
