The Department of Radiology in the College of Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking to fill multiple openings at the Assistant Professor and Instructor levels in Little Rock, AR. Faculty responsibilities include teaching residents, fellows and medical students, including classroom didactic courses. Responsibilities also involve diagnostic work and research. As Arkansas’ only medical school, the College of Medicine educates and trains the majority of the state’s physicians and prepares doctors and scientists to make their mark around the world. We provide highly specialized, patient-centered care at UAMS Medical Center, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, UAMS regional centers and clinics throughout the state. Our scientists and clinicians are on the forefront of biomedical advances. Our Department of Radiology faculty offer expertise across key Divisions including Diagnostic & Imaging (MRI/CT/US), Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Neuroradiology, Radiology Sciences and Pediatric Radiology. Faculty candidates must hold an M.D. or equivalent, BE/BC by American Board of Radiology, and have medical licensure or eligibility in Arkansas. The salary is commensurate with experience.
