Conductor is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts to evangelize & sell our market leading product, Searchlight. Searchlight provides clear insight into the science of search, enterprise level SEO workflow management, tracking, reporting, and ROI analysis of Natural Search – the #1 form of targeted web traffic.

This role will focus on acquiring new Agency relationships within the Digital Marketing space. This Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales life cycle, from prospect to close.

This is a growth opportunity and successful candidates should have the desire to succeed in a brand new -and growing- area of the market.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years proven sales experience in software. Experience selling a SaaS or analytics platform, preferred

Experience selling into the Digital Agency community, preferred, but not required

Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles, from generating leads to closing deals

Proven track record of penetrating and expanding large Indirect Channel Partner relationships

Comfortable and adept at utilizing online meeting technology for the first half of sales cycles

Rigorous usage of Salesforce.com

Exceptional written and oral presentation skills

BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
