Position Summary: The Training Specialist supports with Corporate training, develops eLearning for North America and supports our HRIS systems.

Role qualifications:
Provides daily North American Regional (RN) operational support to all location(s) for:
A.Corporate Training
•Administration of all Corporate training
•Coordination of training schedules, materials, trainers and participants, which includes but is not limited to:
•handling of training requests
•administering Predictive Index surveys
•reviewing feedback evaluation
•handling of sign in sheets and waitlists
•setting up charge backs
•updating training intranet webpage
•organizing off site events and catering
•booking and setting up training rooms
•scheduling training
•Setting up eLearning programs by working closely with the departments to identify and implement their needs
•Administration of ZF Training Database (Cornerstone OnDemand Software) which includes but is not limited to
•manage ongoing file feed from ADP Enterprise,
•develop system audit practices/ reports to ensure integrity of HR data, security roles and restrictions,
•uploading historical data,
•manage FTP Portals for secure file connections,
•support employees and training admins in the locations as a helpdesk function,
•adding training on corporate level,
•develop and enhance training software,
•integrate other systems in the software,
•standardize training software across the board,
•perform reports,
•assist with development of project plans,
•consult with system users to expand or modify Technology capabilities system to improve operational efficiency or workflow,
•perform periodic review of application bundles, patches, fixes and updates released by HR Systems,
•design, develop and maintain functional specifications for HR System customizations, interfaces, processes and reports
•analyze and test each custom specification,
•ensure integrity and security of all HR data through enforcement of procedures,
•troubleshoot any design failure and determine best logical problem solving approach to ensure resolutions for HR Technology applications,
•conducting system training
Position Responsibilities:
•Provide off-site local support for RN locations

•Other related tasks as directed by the Training Analyst or Director of Human Resources
Essential Skills and Experience:
•BS/BA or equivalent HR experience required
•1 years minimum experience in administering training and development
•1 years minimum technical experience in one or more of the following HRIS systems:
•LMS (Learning Management Systems)
•Recruiting software
•General Database
•1 years minimum technical customer support
•Knowledge of commonly-used help desk concepts, practices, and procedures
•Professional and positive attitude
•Strong customer service skills, demonstrating solid oral communication and active listening skills
•Problem solving ability
•Conflict management skills
•Ability to resolve issues over the phone using remote access software
•Ability to understand broad technical landscapes
•Diverse technical skills in hardware and software
•Certified trainer and ability to develop and train training
Preferred Skills and experience:
•Technical certifications a plus (e.g. …)
•Project and Time Management skills
