• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems

• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support

• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution

• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

• Bachelor's Degree in related field

• 2-3 experience

• Has knowledge of commonly-used desktop applications such as MS Office, MS SharePoint, and basic knowledge of Windows Servers OS platforms

• Security + or Network + certification

• ITIL v3 and MCSA certification preferred

• Basic Web content management skills
