This position within the Organizational Management Branch will assist in design, development, and maintenance of all Office of Human Resource Management internet and intranet web pages; assist in design, development, and maintenance of all Cabinet forms; analyze, develop, and recommend operational policies and procedures; write, edit, revise, publish, and distribute policy and procedure manuals in electronic and hard‐copy formats; research and interpret state statutes, laws, and regulations; prepare correspondence, reports, and documents; recommend branch process and procedure improvements; and perform various other duties as assigned. |

Characteristics of the Class :
Under general supervision, assesses information, technology, training and communications needs of the agency. Familiarizes self with and monitors developments in agency's mission, goals and objectives, and is knowledgeable concerning the agency budget. Assists in planning, organizing, and managing information resources in support of the agency's mission. Acts as liaison between the business/programmatic functions of the agency and the information systems function; and performs other duties as required.
