Participate in creating requirements, design, and development of technical systems

Minimum Qualifications:
8 plus years of overall development experience
Ability to create functional requirements and technical designs from business requirements, and effectively communicate technical decisions to non-technical staff
Strong knowledge and use of SDLC methodologies, standards, and procedures
Development in an object oriented language 5+ years
Java development 3+ years
Shell or Perl scripting 2+ years
Linux and Unix operating systems
Source control software such as Subversion, Git, or CVS
Familiarity with Oracle or other relational databases
Control M job scheduler experience a huge plus
Experience in batch processing a huge plus
Skills Needed:
Able to work independently or as the technical lead of a small team of developers
