Under minimal supervision, assists in various day-to-day operations of breast cancer
research studies and treatment program. Assists in screening and enrollment of participants, provides
relevant participant follow-up, and data collection and entry. Documents and tracks participant contact
information. Maintains and provides administrative support, including accounting tasks for projects.
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience: Typical candidate will have one year of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Good operating knowledge of Microsoft Office products and
experience with other programs in computers. Organizational skills and ability to accurately report
data. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with investigators, staff, students, and participants.
Must be comfortable working with diverse populations. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to
learn protocol adherence, general research practices, research methods, rules of patient
confidentiality, and the study protocol. Spanish language skills required.
