Specific responsibilities of the position include:
Work intimately with our customers (executives and users), market influencers, and prospects to set, refine and iterate on Conductor’s long term product strategy and roadmap
Partner with the senior management team to establish product strategy, functionality and release schedule for current and future products
Set the pace for the way the entire SEO technology space evolves during the next decade
Work closely with product development, marketing, sales and customer success teams to set priorities based on market adoption, customer needs, growth and profitability
Process input from customers, sales, marketing and development in order to layer in new functionality to meet customer’s needs
Work with marketing to position the products and build effective collateral
Understand the competitive landscape and communicate with market analysts and influencers
Incubate and commercialize new Conductor products within the platform
Train and educate Conductor’s sales & customer success teams on the value of new features to the marketplace
The ideal candidate will have;
Deep passion for early stage software development
7+ years of blended experience in software development, product marketing and/or product management (SaaS experience an advantage)
3 years of experience as the lead product manager with demonstrated P&L responsibility for a growing profitable product or product line
A real focus on not just product features but overall user experience
A contagious “whatever it takes” personality known as a team player and for attracting and motivating great team members
Incredible desire to learn a new space and win. A passionate curiosity.
Knowledge of Online Marketing solutions
Experience with rapid/lean software development
An understanding of the importance of culture in building a high growth company
