Req# 134128BR Position Title Small Business Account Executive Position Summary
Calls on sales makers, managers and dealer principals. Increases market share in the small business segment. Establishes training sessions, business development meetings, local market contacts, and sales planning. Analyzes customer needs and identifies wireless/voice/data products and services that will appeal to this segment. Works with local 3rd party agents, Sprint retail stores and other locally based sales locations. Grows and manages a network of sales associates. Trains in servicing the small business segment. Works with sales executives in a consultative role.
Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
  • One year sales experience
  • Five years business sales or sales management experience
  • Eight years of telecommunications experience in Sales and/or Sales Management
