1. POSITION OBJECTIVE
To develop, grow, and manage the OTT, Inc. Customer Relationship Management practice.
2. COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Excellent written and oral communication skills. Confident and effective in client and prospective client meetings and presentations. Team and company communication regarding developments and overall performance of the Customer Relationship Management practice.

Ability to identify problems quickly as they arise. Then analyze the problem and find cost effective and win/win solutions.

Planning and Organizing
Ability to develop a plan, follow the plan and achieve the desired results. Keep organized with good documentation and repeatable processes. Ability to define and scope projects, develop accurate estimates and statements of work.
