Job Description Position for Business Support Group Consultant (US)- CAN START ASAP OVERVIEW OF ROLE This is an opportunity for a technically adept and driven individual. Having experience in supporting sales team culture themselves, they will possess demonstrable and successful background in the formation and management of customer required services solutions. This role will have an exciting chance to be involved in developing a Pre-Sales function with opportunity to input for the devising and delivery of pre sales strategy in conjunction with sales and marketing management objectives. In a burgeoning and highly developmental market for electronic Payments, RS Software is now looking for someone to technically support expansion into its chosen markets through outbound new business acquisition based on sound pre sales interaction.
GENERAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES To provide technicalproject consultancy in support of sales at client meetings and on conference calls. To discuss, capture and define customer requirements. Through Interface and discussion to capture customer requirements and present the relevant technical solution at customer visits, presentations and other follow up meetings. Work with the delivery and competency teams to design provide solution to the customer requirements.
Where relevant, identify key revenue generating opportunities for products and services to customers either direct or through the sales team for the financial benefit of the company.
