with Frost, you will be responsible for assisting the Employee Benefits Manager with the administration of Frost Bank's benefits programs, including one or more of the following: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Disability, Workmen's Compensation, Supplemental Income Protection Plans, Retirement Pension Plans, Profit Sharing Plans, or 401K. Responsibilities will include processing claims, enrollment forms, or termination forms and other related documents; setting up payroll deductions and communicating with Reconciliation Department; and communicating with vendors and suppliers. The candidate will assist and counsel employees and retirees with enrollment or claim filing by explaining benefit plans and provisions.
