• Coordinate and execute graphic design requirements to include briefing materials, wall charts, signs, booklets, pamphlets, flyer's, organizational charts, standards and formats. Work with and know all major design programs i.e., KeyNote, PowerPoint. Proof-read briefing charts and other products prior to publication. Incorporate video and audio sources into Powerpoint products. Update graphic materials to reflect changes in mission and operations. Establish and maintain graphics material archival and retrieval schemes. Interface between Jacobs leadership, other contractors, and clients, as required. Other tasks and duties as assigned.
•Works independently to creates fully integrated text documents, drawings, illustrations, presentations, graphs, and charts using computer software; utilizes standard procedures and guidelines to accomplish tasks; suggests improvements using own initiative • Designs, codes, and publishes intranet and internet web pages • Performs clerical functions (e.g., typing/word processing, filing, copying, and production) associated with data and documentation • Must be available for occassional travel to meet project deadlines
Four year college degree in appropriate discipline, plus two to four (2-4) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education for a total of six (6) years; additional relevant education may be substituted for progressive experience. Strong background in presentation design.
Work will involve using a computer approximately 80% of the time, and, thus, requires sitting for extended periods. Travel may be required for completion of projects or for off-site training.
The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. Work requires an average of 10% overtime annually. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the Intermediate Home Office Marketing staff as well as individuals across the company. Work also requires a high-level of independent thinking and troubleshooting to complete work assignments.

Copier machines (color and black & white)
Attendance is critical at all times, but is particularly important during proposal efforts, which require strict adherence to established schedules. Need to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur
Other Essential Functions:
Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing. Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Must be able to communicate with outside vendors for completion of specific projects.
