Northrop Grumman Information Systems (NGIS) sector is seeking an Active Directory Engineer to join our team in support of the U.S. Army Europe Theatre Network Operations and Security Center (E-TNOSC) for the 5th Signal Command contract. This position will be located in Mannheim, Germany. The candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks for the operations and maintenance of the U.S. Army Europe Enterprise-level Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange on NIPRNet, SIPRNet and Coalition Networks, to include: providing technical assistance and consulting to users, recommending and implementing system enhancements to improve the performance and reliability of the enterprise; designing, developing, engineering, implementing, patching, and maintaining Active Directory Domain Controllers, Exchange e-mail servers, and other enterprise-level servers; install all required upgrades and patches; scan servers utilizing Retina to ensure Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) compliance; implementing authorized modifications and documenting all changes to enterprise-level systems; and troubleshooting issues that affect the performance and operation of the enterprise. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Math or Business Administration and a minimum of five (5) years of directly related work experience; or an Associates Degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of directly related work experience Candidate must have Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator certification Candidate must have a DoD 8570 IAT-III certification (e.g. CISSP, GSE, GCIH, SCNA, CISA) Active Secret Level Security Clearance is required Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and SQL experience in a Large Enterprise environment. Experience with U.S. Military Command and Control Communications Systems
