Other responsibilities include supervising and training utility mechanics in daily plant operations, implement and maintain preventative maintenance program using SAP and Nestl? Maintenance Strategy, (Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM)), prepare yearly utility budget for approval and adherence, and lead capital expendituresPrimary Responsibilities:Personnel - Direct responsibility for supervising, training and instructing utility mechanics in all phases of daily plant utility maintenance to insure factory-building services. Building Maintenance - Direct responsibility for interior and exterior building maintenance, painting, doors, HVAC units, etc.
Utility Maintenance - Directly responsible for maintenance of plant utilities, (boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, electrical services) Capital - Directly responsible for capital expenditures, including project development, budgeting, planning, execution, and start up.Administrative - Directly responsible for utility budget development and adherence.
Tollhouse/Buitoni Start-up Coordination ' Dotted line supervision of 3rd shift Maintenance STC's involved in production start-up from 5 am ' 6 am.Personal Development - Directly responsible for personal and professional development through participation in Nestle provided training, regulatory seminars, and continued education through trade publications, text and universities.General - Other duties as assigned.Requirements and Minimum Education Level:Bachelor of Science Degree required, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Thermal, or Marine engineeringExperience:Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a maintenance or technical utilities field, preferably with exposure to heat power generation and ammonia systems. Previous maintenance supervisory experience preferred.
Working knowledge of EPA and regulatory compliance preferred.
