As a member of an assigned multidisciplinary medical team, the incumbent is responsible for the planning and implementation of therapeutic interventions that respond to the psychosocial needs of patients and families. The incumbent also intervenes in complex family systems to improve family functioning.

Requirements:
M.S.W., LMFT or LPC required. Experience serving needs of children and families with special health care concerns and mental health needs. Experience with particular treatment populations (e.g., oncology, diabetes, medical/surgical, pulmonary , etc.) preferred. Completion of supervised clinical practicums with a focus on family therapy preferred. Experience in interdisciplinary family centered care delivery systems required.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR in adult, child & infant is preferred. Current professional license preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
