Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process, and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain the quality and reliability of our products.
Test products for qualities such as temperature, defects, code dates, etc.
Run statistical tests on the results and compare the deviation from our existing standard
Recommend modifications to our process to improve the overall quality of our product.
Prepare full disclosure reports to management.
Prior QC experience desired.
Prior experience in the food industry will be helpful but will consider others.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Housekeeping & organizational skills.
Successful candidate must be able to work on a cold environment 34F-36F. Candidate will be working an average of 45 hours a week. Must be flexible with hours, Overtime is Mandatory. Subject to passing a background check and drug screen.
