Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations this person must possess the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks that can change on a daily basis. Excellent verbal and written communications skills as this candidate will assist in creating documents and relaying information to business partners and clients. Organized, motivated, ability to work quickly and follow detailed instructions from the Vice President of Operations. Willingness and ability to work in a “role up your selves” atmosphere. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Position Description:
To complete and coordinate administrative/general tasks common to/for the entire organization.
Keep the office orderly and well stocked with necessary supplies.
Complete objectives in a timely fashion to avoid any unnecessary interruptions to dailybusiness.
To learn and acquire the knowledge needed to be able to meet the expectations for finishing all tasks as they are assigned.
Strong research skills to be able to research leads and business development ideas.
Assist the Vice President of Operations in any and all tasks that arise
Knowledge of windows servers and a general interest in electronics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience with similar position, degree in Business or Information Technology preferred
Desire to learn about and grow in a technology company
Must be able to work with multiple intricate projects, and be open to constant change
Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands a high level of commitment to one’s own continuous growth and development
