Our Claims Department has an immediate need for a Med Pay Representative to review, evaluate and make sound decisions on personal lines auto and homeowner first-party medical claims. These usually have exposures up to $5,000, but do not include those with coverage and liability concerns. You’ll interview and correspond with insureds; review hospital records; analyze your findings; update claim files and authorize payments. This position also schedules IME’s.
