Summary of Job Content:
Support Documentation to assure that all information required by the customer’s contract is completed
and included in the Documentation Package(s) presented to the customer and/or
government/regulatory representatives in an accurate manner and per the required format. Also
provides support and back-up for the MRB /Corrective Action function and Configuration/Repro.

Dimensions:
Staff (Service) – Number of employees providing service to is up to 6 staff

Budget Expenditures – Up to $500.00

Complexity (knowledge / technological) – Basic
Complexity (product diversity) – All Product Lines
Area of Responsibility – One to Two Major Programs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Reviews all part related data for errors and omissions.

Assists in the preparation of Documentation packages for shipments.

Assists with the storage and the retrieval of archived quality records.

Assists with General Documentation and MRB support duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.

Back-ups MRB and Configuration/Reprographics for vacation, illness, and overload work.

Provides relief and fill in for handling company incoming mail and outgoing mail as needed and all associated mail handling duties.

Assists with compiling and maintaining control records and related document files for the release of blueprints, drawings; Level I, II and III documents and documents associated with a project as submitted by authorized personnel

Uses various reproduction machines to make copies on request, collates, punches, fold, staples and provides other reprographic service.

Oral and Written Communication: Ability to communicate clearly orally and in written form.

Education and/or/Experience: High School Diploma, GED , or equivalent. With at least 2-5 years of experience with documentation preparation for product shipment, or any combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of general office equipment including fax machines, reproduction equipment and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Access).
