We are seeking a results-oriented HR professional to serve in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment with one of the nation's leading Professional Services companies.
This position will work closely with the Divisional HR Director in driving performance while delivering quality customer service to all managers and employees in all aspects of HR.
Develop productive and collaborative working relationships with clients and peers
Respond to all employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies and employee programs
Responsible for facilitating the On Boarding program
Conduct exit interviews and retention interviews
Partner with HR leadership in the administration and communication of performance and compensation; benefit open enrollment; training and development; key programs/special projects and responding to employee matters to include allegations of harassment
Partner with HR and Business Unit leadership to understand the goals of the business and proactively identify strategic objectives that align with those goals
Coach managers and employees on matters of performance
Support Recruiter in all aspects of recruitment
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Additional duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of increasingly responsible HR management experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
Demonstrated ability in negotiation and conflict resolution
Proficient use of applicable technology
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Must have attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
