Structure: This program is designed to provide opportunities to a diverse mix of students who demonstrate the same high level of ethics, values, creativity and performance we expect from our employees. During the 12-week paid internship, students will work on research and technology projects in Materials Fluids and Chemicals. This department is one part of Eaton’s Global Research, Innovation and Technology Center; a team of engineering leaders responsible for envisioning Eaton’s future technology offerings
Assignments are driven by real project deliverables focus on growth technologies and allow participants to have a high level of contact with Eaton’s key innovation and technology leaders. To facilitate and accelerate the on-boarding process, students are provided a competitive housing allowance and reimbursement for relocation.

A.Perform material evaluation & testing (polymers and metals)
B.Design of new products using emerging materials
D.Electrospinning experience preferred
E.Development of Polymer Nanocomposite (thermoset preferred)
F.Project management skills preferred
Pursuing a Ph.D. in engineering, with a focus on Mechanical, Material, Chemical, at an accredited institution, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
