Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for f
acilitation and measurement of whether procedures, processes, and controls are consistently achieved based on established service standards.
Provides direction and oversight to staff to ensure established processes and procedures are followed. Identifies trends, issues and training needs and communicates results to leadership.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
2+ years of billing and or enrollment experience with health plans.
1+year of enrollment experience with CMS guidelines.
1+ year audit experience.
Good written and communications skills.
knowledge CMS claim forms and guidelines
Good verbal and written communication skills
General computer and system knowledge
Excel and Word proficient
Minimum Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
