The Marketing Programs Manager will plan and execute Globoforce’s broad-reaching campaigns, including online media placements, webinars, content offers and content syndication; as well as lead nurturing campaigns. In this role, you will establish an ongoing cadence of campaigns aimed at our target prospects that generate leads, uncover opportunities and influence existing deals. Working closely with other members of the marketing team, you will collaborate on the development of lists, offers, promotional content, templates and creative packaging for campaigns. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to think strategically, while also executing diligently, in order to maximize the impact of each campaign’s on demand generation.

This position is based in Southborough, MA and reports to the Director, Marketing Programs. Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a schedule of ongoing campaigns and programs that support Globoforce’s core goals for demand generation

Track and analyze the results of campaigns, in order to continually refine programs for optimal ROI

Manage the marketing programs budget, as well as all related vendor contracts and relationships

Continually innovate on ways to reach our desired prospect audience with compelling offers through new communities, media placements and partnerships

Organize an ongoing series of webinars, both Globoforce-hosted webinars and 3 rd -party webinars

Manage all content-based offers leveraging our internal database, media placements and content syndication

Develop a plan of media buys – online ads, newsletter inclusions, list rentals, etc. – that support the various ongoing campaigns

Coordinate the company’s inclusion in relevant industry vendor directories, as well as subscriptions

Set up all related campaign workflow, tracking and alerts within our CRM and marketing automation systems

Work with the lead qualification team (BDR team) to ensure that lead follow-up is occurring, and to assist with any questions or resources that are needed

Communicate regularly with the sales team on announcements for upcoming campaigns, status on current campaigns, and results on completed campaigns
Qualifications & Experience

5-7 years of marketing experience in a demand generation capacity, planning and executing campaigns

Experience marketing within a B2B, enterprise-level sales model

Strong track record of quantifiably driving new revenue and accelerating pipeline

Proficient skills in utilizing marketing tools, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo)

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team environment

Bachelor’s degree
