This role is responsible for managing client accounts and manage project-by researching, analyzing, and evaluating employee benefits plans and programs for employers. This may involve developing client strategy, interfacing directly with clients and developing vendor/provider relationships. Provide financial, contract and/or administrative analysis, and manage portions of projects, including reviewing the work of client Executives Understand and demonstrate project management and consulting skills Developing relationships with vendors in order to understand and compare products and services being offered and recommend solutions to clients Delegates data entry to more junior colleagues and reviews for accuracy and reasonableness; provides data template (Excel) where necessary; conducts data entry in cases where no CEs are available Generates new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the sales plan
        Qualifications
        • BA/BS preferred
        • At least 3 years of industry related experience is required
        • Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
        • Excellent interpersonal skills

        • Strong oral and written communication skills

        • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment with minimal supervision

        • Ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectively

        • Ability to work independently and or in a team
