Highly skilled professional required to help oversee the growing complexities of the Company's accounting due to the integration of recent acquisitions. Key responsibilities include: revenue recognition, purchase accounting, SEC reporting, researching technical matters, reviewing and writing technical accounting position papers, and other technical areas such as stock compensation, equity, and systems integration. Role will also have opportunities to participate in strategic initiatives of the Company.
Minimum/Basic Job Qualifications: Candidate should be a CPA and have a Bachelor degree in accounting with 6+ years specific experience in revenue recognition, SEC reporting, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions on the accounting side and the integration side, working knowledge of accounting systems, on line research tools, equity edge and similar tools. Candidate should have experience managing a team and the ability to work with all levels of the accounting and operational organization. All applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Big Four experience, managerial experience, IPO or similar experience. SOX experience. Mergers and acquisition experience work including working with transactional and valuation experts.
