Network Architecture Director - 704806 Description Job Description: This senior network architect will report into the ISD Network Product & Services team and be responsible for the detailed network architecture & Systems Engineering associated with mobile network integration to the API Services Solution. Key Responsibilities include: Align architecture to the key mobile network architecture trends for Service Providers and Infrastructure vendors to address the evolving mobile ecosystem as follows: Massive mobile data growth, limited spectrum resources, deployment of LTE & Small Cells (WiFi), transition to cloud computing for core & edge network, and the ability to monetize network resources & analytics (i.e. NaaS). Lead the solution design to support for the following mobile network technologies: 3GPP Network Policy, QoS, & Charging: Radio Access Management & SON; Network Analytics; Content Adaptation (Video) and DPI. Work with Product Management Team & Sales Teams to align system design and overall architecture to support product development & marketing requirements. Actively contribute to the overall network services roadmap and future direction. Work across Intel organizations to align the NPS Service Architecture with the relevant Intel SSG & Hardware architectures including: 1) Cloud Computing and SDN; 2) Mobile Device capabilities using Intel Architecture & Tizen OS; 3) Security ; 4) Core Network & RAN based IA solutions 5) Video Content Adaptation Identify key technology partners for Intel Willing to travel 30%

      Must have 10 years experience in a vendor or Service Provider role working with mobile data network architecture, design, and deployment.

      Advanced technical acumen in 3GPP Network architectures:
      - 3GPP Evolved Packet Core, 3GPP network Policy & Charging, DPI & Video Optimization, IP Networking, IMS architecture for Real Time Services (VoLTE, RCS), understanding of multiple Radio Access technologies including LTE, UMTS, CDMA, WiFi.

      Experience with voice and video technologies is desired.
      Experience in Systems Test Methodology, IOT, Systems Integration

      Self-motivated, energetic, team player with a strong track record for completing key deliverables, innovative thinking, and ability to document technical architecture, design, and requirements.
      The position requires a strong combination of skills - both technical and business development acumen and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
      Broad & detailed understanding of end to end mobile network architecture, Standards & Protocols, Network Integration requirements, as well as Operational & Support requirements
      Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills.
      Proven Leadership skills


      BS or equivalent in related technical discipline required
      - MBA desired
