As a Help Desk Administrator with Solstas Lab Partners, you have the opportunity to make a difference by providing front line technical support to our internal and external clients and bringing resolutions that can greatly impact each outcome.
The Help Desk Administrator resolves and tracks technical issues within Solstas’ IT systems as requested via phone, email and internet chat.
This individual will utilize the service request management system to fulfill these responsibilities and
create documentation describing issues encountered and the resolution.

- 1-3 years in Deskside support or customer technical support
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal and external contacts
