All qualified candidates MUST experience whit the following:
•Background in Manufacturing.
•Owning inventory and working capital investment strategy for the business.
•Managing the end to end flow of materials and information throughout the supply chain.
•Reviewing and plans requirements for purchasing the most complex materials.
•Negotiates contracts for goods, services, suppliers, equipment related to materials, transportation and storage; monitors contractual obligations for compliance.
•Leveraging trade goods tactical procurement, forecasting, and master scheduling to have the right materials available for customer purchase.
•Managing all aspects of the materials planning function to ensure that organizational goals are met.
•Continuously balancing improvements in Delivery Capability, Delivery Reliability, and Forecast Accuracy.
•Has substantial latitude to develop policies/programs for area of responsibility or products and to forecast their impact.
Responsibilities:
•Manage and lead the master scheduling and trade goods tactical sourcing groups
- Successfully defines work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
•Area of responsibility has high strategic impact and significant influence on customer performance.
•Develop and manage departmental budgets and business plans.
•Analyzes effectiveness of policies/products and establishes future direction for functional policies and programs or products that affect company as a whole.
•Aligns policies/products and development efforts with company strategies.
•Identifies resource needs with significant influence on approval of identified needs.
• Troubleshoots and resolves most complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas.
•Determine organizational structures and supervisory relationship.
•Responsible for overall success of function or project within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas.
Experience
5-7 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above
