Job Purpose
Provides customer service support by assisting members in the purchase and selection of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment products. Helps resolve purchasing issues. Develop new and help retain Supply business.

Essential Job Results
Provides customer service support by assisting members in the selection of contract furnishings purchases. May take orders, prepare quotes and maintain pricing information. Ensures effective customer service by interfacing with both internal and external contacts to include members, suppliers, freight carriers, accounting, sales and or purchasing staff. Responds to inquiries on products or orders. Facilitates purchasing process by researching product information or pricing. May assist internal staff in handling payment issues and member credits. Maintains customer service or sales information by tracking and entering information into automated systems. May provide activity reports as requested. Interact with suppliers, both in writing and verbally, to secure ship dates and document in PeopleSoft purchase order software.

Skills/Requirements
Minimum 12 to 18 months related customer service, sales and or purchasing experience. Education: High School diploma or equivalent certification. Excellent negotiation skills required. Resolves routine problems using established policies and guidelines. Be able to problem solve or think creatively, out of the box. Basic familiarity with Client Relationship Management system preferred.

Location Details
Phoenix, AZ 85016 6201 North 24th Parkway Our Headquarters is centrally located in the Biltmore area. Local candidates are preferred. Relocation assistance is not available.

Pay and Work Schedule
Hiring rate for this position is $12.00 to 16.50 per hour, depending on experience. This position is in the Contract Furnishings Sales Representative team. Department hours are 6 am to 5 pm and 7 am to 6 pm depending on time of year. Job schedule will be discussed during interview.
