Gragg Advertising is seeking an Analyst. The Analyst is responsible for assisting the Strategic Aggregation Marketing department, and other departments, with day-to-day maintenance, optimization, and project management for prospects and clients of the company. The Analyst reports directly to the Director of Strategic Aggregation Marketing.

Essential Job Functions:
Report to work during scheduled business hours. Act as a Gragg representative with clients when called upon to do so. Facilitate the implementation of all Strategic Aggregation Marketing activities. Research and provide recommendations to clients for placement and strategy. Research and provide ideas for process or system improvements to increase overall productivity. Research and provide recommendations for additional avenues of Strategic Aggregation Marketing. Research and provide methods to increase budgets through Strategic Aggregation Marketing initiatives. Assist Account Service department in the cross-sell of other Gragg products that could further enhance the clients’ Strategic Aggregation Marketing results. Research and evaluate new Strategic Aggregation Marketing opportunities on a regular basis. Analyze new and existing Strategic Aggregation Marketing vendors based on key performance metrics including validity rates, conversion rates and cost. Monitor, optimize and report to necessary team members and/or clients on performance of campaigns on a weekly basis. Understand the needs of current and potential clients, and assist in new client launches to ensure budgets are properly planned and executed. Assist with New Business prospects as necessary Lead analysis of Strategic Aggregation Marketing programs, establish insights from program analysis, explicitly integrate knowledge gained into future programs, and assist in distribution of knowledge through the organization. Manage Inquiry Aggregation marketing budgets for effectiveness and efficiency and report on performance vs. goals as directed. This includes, but is not limited to: Analyze trending per client, per campus, and overall Analyze scrub rates and inefficiencies system-wide Manage client budgets with respect to Lead Budget Projections and overall client goals Assist in Strategic Aggregation Marketing monthly billing and monthly vendor reconciliation. Delegate tasks to Marketing Coordinators to increase department efficiency, and review their work for accuracy.

Requirements :
  • 2+ years of experience working in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Advanced/Expert level)
  • 1+ year of experience with online or digital service or product
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client-facing experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to strategically analyze data using basic algebraic equations
