Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff at all levels including trainers, managers and participants
  • Coordinate Firmwide Orientation every three weeks, including room reservation, firmwide communication of upcoming start dates and instructor scheduling
  • Manage the organization of other internal training programs as appropriate and other training programs as they arise; assist with reporting to General Managers to boost attendance at key offerings
  • Work with the team to disseminate, analyze and report on employee survey data
  • Assist with drafting, editing and collecting articles for the firm’s quarterly newsletter
  • Share presentation responsibilities at Firmwide Orientation and various other internal training offerings
  • Proactively work with departments across the firm to identify new training needs
  • Supervise the training evaluation process, including sharing data with the team and instructors
  • Assist in daily maintenance of the firm’s intranet sites
  • Participate in special projects, including weekly data reporting and team campaigns
  • Support team in ad administrative capacity (i.e. scheduling, e-mail communication, manage SurveyMonkey account, etc.)

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Project management experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to build relationships within and outside of the department
  • Experience effectively managing time across competing deadlines and priorities

  • Ability to identify staff communication preferences, create internal marketing strategies
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, ability to anticipate and plan for potential roadblocks
  • Experience handling confidential information and sensitive material with discretion

  • Microsoft Front Page/HTML experience
