Minimum Requirement - Primary Education :
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
Minimum Requirement - Primary Experience :
Must have three years of professional experience in management or administration.
Education Substitution :
A master's degree will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Experience Substitution :
Administrative or business experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Description of Job Duties
Coordinates the determination of the Pass Through eligibility for the Ex-Parte program statewide; works with a large monthly report listing recipients for determination of benefits; enters applications for eligible recipients; works with Family Support staff, recipients and the Social Security Administration to ensure benefits and services; interprets policy and procedure, regulations and laws for cases statewide and adheres to policy and procedure; responds to programmatic inquiries from recipients and the Social Security Administration regarding the Medicare Savings Plan; produces reports as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.

Typical Working Conditions and Unique Physical Requirements :
Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Minimal travel may be required.
