Under the direction
of the Regional Manager, the Care Management Supervisor provides the daily
leadership, management and mentoring of the Care Management staff that serves
our members. They develop and monitor policy and protocol, resolve member
issues, and assist the organization in developing, implementing, and
maintaining the Family Care program. All of this is done to support the
organization’s dedication to providing accessible, cost-effective,
high-quality, person-centered care that puts the member first. They will
perform these duties personally or through the work of their staff.
