A typical day would include Day in the life: you are answering calls coming into our Corporate Offices, directing callers to appropriate staff within our organization. Those calls may be to specific people and/or their Administrative Assistants or they may be to departments based on the reason for their call.

Basic Microsoft Excel and Word experience
1+ year of Previous Customer Service preferably receptionist ROLE
1+ year of Previous Experience interacting with executive level, senior management and internal/ external customers
Previous Experience exp in healthcare
Previous Call Center Experience is helpful
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Professional, positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
